A note from the founder
We started MM Furnitures in a one-room workshop in Aarhus in 2014, with a borrowed bandsaw and a single commission for a kitchen table.
Twelve years later, we are still twelve people. We have turned down every offer to scale, every wholesale partner, every "opportunity" that asked us to make more by caring less.
What we sell is patience, mostly. Furniture is what we hand over at the end of it.

Week 01-02
Selection
We choose each board ourselves, from mills we have used for a decade.
Week 03-06
Joinery
Mortise and tenon, dovetail, doweled. Cut by hand on a bench saw and chisel.
Week 07-09
Finishing
Hand-sanded through five grits, oiled with a blend we mix in-house.
Week 10-11
Delivery
White-glove delivery in our own van, assembled in your room, by us.
